Unless confirmed in writing otherwise; Ithink Logistics solely acts as freight forwarder. Our commission is included in our invoiced amount.

Unless provided otherwise, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (2004) latest version, excluding the arbitration clause, as filed by FENEX with the court registry (registries) at the District Court(s) in Amsterdam (Rotterdam, Breda and Arnhem), are applicable to all our activities. We exclude all forms of liability, in whatever form that it may be concerning all activities concerning customs and excise, customs clearance and customs documentation.

All our activities are governed by Dutch law. Any and all disputes will be exclusively brought before the competent judge in the Netherlands. In the event of disagreement over the function in which we operate, then only we are authorized in making the choice there in. Unless we immediately hear from you otherwise, you are considered having approved the above mentioned conditions, as well as the Dutch forwarding conditions.
